Cancellation Policy:
ü Free cancellation, if booking is cancelled 14 days before the date of arrival.
ü In case of late cancellation 50% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged.
ü In case of No –Show 100% of the total price of the reservation shall be charged.
Refund Policy:
ü Full Refund, if booking is cancelled 14 days before the date of arrival .
ü In case of late cancellation 50% Refund will be Applicable.
ü In case of No –Show No Refund.
ü Refund will be Complited in 7 working days.
Hotel Rules / Regulations:
ü According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
ü 1 child’s stay up to 5 years is complementary without the use of extra mattress & Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner charges may be applicable for the child.
ü Pets are not allowed
ü Guest / TA may be contacted closure to their check in date to confirm arrival status
ü Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
ü The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
ü The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
